On Friday the 25th, the photography team will come to film at the Huludun Cultural Center. So today, I’ve been tidying up the space and the objects that will be featured in the shoot. Among them is a small note a friend once gave me, which I’ve kept by my side ever since. Though the faded, blurry words are hard to read, you can still make out the message: “Lack of experience in explosions of anger leads to frequent torment when it comes to sex and harmony.” I’ve always kept it with me as a reminder to stay aware.

There’s also a newspaper clipping that I’ve long been unable to find. It said, “I am kind by nature—why should I change?” I’ve always hoped to stay pure and not be caught up in too much conflict. But to survive in society, it’s not always possible. I once thought the world of art would be simpler, but it turned out to be just another small version of society.

Now, I’ve reached a new phase in my journey as a painter—preparing to step into a stage that I truly desire. Through it all, I remind myself never to forget my original intention: to remain kind and stay away from people who stir up trouble. I will continue to pursue my ideals.

25號星期五，葫蘆墩文化中心就要派攝影團隊來拍攝影片，所以今天在整理一些空間還有拍攝的景物，其中有一張朋友送的小紙條是我一直留在身邊的。退色的模糊字體仔細看依然看得到，氣暴習因經歷少，性和為受折磨多。我一直把它放在身邊作為警惕自己。另外還有一張我一直找不到的是報紙的簡報，內容為我本善良何須改變。我一直希望自己單純點，不要有太多的是非。奈何在社會上要生存，還是沒有辦法。本以為到繪畫的圈子應該單純一點，沒想到一樣只是一個小型社會。在繪畫的旅程裏走到一個階段。準備進入自己想要的另外一個階段。一切皆以不忘初衷，良善為基本原則，遠離是非的人。繼續我的理想。
