Recently, a TV show about Teresa Teng has been airing. In the past, every year during the Lunar New Year, my dad would always play Teresa Teng’s vinyl records to set the mood. As I grew older, I thought these records might no longer be useful, so I gave them away. Now, looking back, I truly regret it.

While watching this Teresa Teng drama, of course, many of her classic songs are played. Last night, the show happened to feature The Moon Represents My Heart. As I listened carefully, I realized once again that Teresa Teng’s voice is truly heavenly, and the lyrics of the song are deeply moving.
