I have never had long-term experience with children, yet I have taken on the responsibility of teaching them art. To be honest, I haven’t even been able to smoothly handle the conflicts and disputes among adults, and now I must deal with children’s noise and quarrels during class. I tell myself that I need to adapt quickly and gain better control because I must be responsible for the job, the children, and myself. The hourly wage for this job is pretty good, but I feel that doesn’t matter much to me. The greatest meaning, I believe, lies in the importance of children’s education.

我從來沒有帶過小孩很長的經驗，可是卻接下來教育小孩繪畫的這件工作。說實在的面對大人的紛紛擾擾和爭吵我都無法處理得很圓融了，現在我卻必須處理小孩子在上課的時候吵鬧及之間的紛爭。我告訴自己必須在短的時間內適應這一切並且掌控的再更好一點，因為必須對接下的工作負責，對小朋友負責，對自己負責。這一份工作的鐘點費還不錯，但是我覺得那對我的意義並不大，我覺的最大的意義在於小孩教育的意義。
